UPGP slickness?

Thanks. DWG in this picture was applied by hand, but I now perfer to do it by pc. More even coverage and faster. Some say you waste product, but I have not found that to be true.

BTW, I think I use far less using the pc than by hand for some reason. Waaaay quicker too

When applying DWG either by hand or PC, do you remove it immediately, panel by panel, or do you remove it after you have glazed the entire vehicle?

I'm a little confused by all the comments saying that UPGP isn't that slick. I found it to be very slick. Slicker than Opti-seal anyway.

If feels smooth to me, like a perfectly polished surface, but it doesn't feel slick like OID/FK425/AW slick.

Your right it isn`t as slick so I always give a quick wipe with OID when its fully cured.

Exactly what I do in the winter. OID also gives a warmer, nuba look - but still not as good as a quality nuba.

In the summer I top UPGP with P21S 100% which give a perfect look on my jet black, but I still top it with OID which is not needed for looks with the P21S 100, but the P21S 100 attracts dust as a nuba and really shows on jet black and OID is great for that.

As for the look of UPGP alone - it looks great at distance and while driving around, but up closer while the car is parked it has that typical sealant look and I much prefer the depth and slickness of a nuba.

Also, UPGP, like any sealant, will magnify defects if just applied by itself, so a nuba or OID on top helps, but it is an awesome and easy WOWA to protect the paint and you don't have to worry if your wax has lost its protecting ability if you apply UPGP three times a year.
