I'll preface this note with "Yes, I know that I am anal". An oportunity has arisen for me to suggest grammar and spelling changes for a website. Please do not take this in any way as an afront to your skills. Like auto detailing, I find myself seeing errors as are mentioned below.
With that said, please find the following suggestions:
Home Page:
This site will provide you with step by step information, including pictorials & videos on how to detailing both the interior and the exterior of your car. (Drop the "ing".)
This step removes imperfection"s" in the paint (swirls, water marks, bird etching, etc.) and brings back the shine & depth to the paint. (Add an "s".)
Interior:
Here are a list of products I use for cleaning the interior of cars, I've been able to get out the majority of stains using the products below. (Put a period after the word cars. Use the word "remove" instead of "get out".)
Woolite/water solution of 1:8, Stiff leather brush, detailing brushes, microfiber covered foam pad & Mr Clean magic eraser. The Magic eraser is a great tool for removing dirt, grime and scuffs from leather vinyl and plastic. Be careful and make sure that it is saturated with water or soap solution. (You capitalized magic in the second sentence yet not in the first. Check all references of Magic Eraser for consitency in captilizing. Add a comma after leather.)
Zaino Leather Conditioner is one of my favorite leather conditioners available. I like it because it has the best leather smell of any conditioner I've used & it doesn't leave the surface slick or shiny. Pinnacle Leather Conditioner is a close second. (Remove the ampersand and use the word and.)
Folex, Carpet scrub brush and The little Green Machine - Folex full strength for spots and diluted in Little green machine for cleaning. (Carpet is capitalized. Capitalization of Little Green Machine.)
303 Fabric Guard is a great product and lasts 10x longer then Scotch Guard (Add a period at end of sentence.)
First I saturate the leather with woolite mixture then use the brush to remove any debris or grime from the seams. I then clean the whole seat with the magic eraser, it works really well at removing grime and oils from the cresses in the leather. This will leave the seats soft and a nice matte finish ready for conditioner. (Capitalize woolite. Cresses - creases.)
Treat any stains with full strength Folex before cleaning*. After the seats have dried, treat with 303 Fabric Guard - this gives about 2-3 months protection on used areas (driver seats, arm rests, ect) and about 6 months on not so heavily used areas. (Period after astericks, capitalize "after" and comma after "dried".)
I'll have to quit now. Again, I hope this does not offend in any way. Where I work, they have gotten accustomed to me pointing out these types of things.
