*UPDATED 12/12* Dashboard Protectant Face Off!

Is it just the lighting or is the pinnacle starting to fade slightly? Pinnacle is far left?

do either of them feel slicker or greasy to the touch?

thanks

It looks like the differences between them has diminished but all are still obviously there compared to the unprotected area.

Thanks to everyone for tuning it, but the comparison test is officially over. Upon checking the dash the other day, all four were diminished for the most part. All four products held up exceptionally well with some doing better than others. As you could see in all the updates, each product provided its own unique look as time went by.

So in the end who won?

Nice comparison. I like the Pinnacle and Blackfire. I think the Blackfire gives it a more polished look where the Pinnacle seems to be more subtle.

I'm also leaning towards the Blackfire. This test is probably longer than most would expect the product to last anyway so there are no real loosers here.

Would have loved to see this test in the summer where the sun is strong. Also add OPP to the list!

Does anyone have experience with the 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland leather dash and what if anything it should be treated with? I understand it is a "coated" leather. Is not exactly the same as the leather seats but is still leather with stitching. Tried to find out through Chrysler/Jeep if they knew what kind of processing the leather went through, etc. but they know nothing nor does the dealer. Seems this would determine what kind of conditioner to apply. It does not need a cleaner, just damp wipe.
