Universal Pad Washer - just fill with water??

When cleaning your pads with UPW do you just fill the bucket with water?

yea i saw that review. actually that review was why i bought the unit. maybe i should ask what do you use with your UPW.

I do not have a UPW but the directions in that link look easy to follow

Im not asking how to use the product. what im asking is besides water what can you add to the water to clean the pads better. I know some people add a little APC+ but since i dont have that i was hoping to see what else works well.

Eh, I just use the Pad Renewing Solution. I've seen some owners use Snappy Clean as well.

I would give some Dawn Power Dissolver a try

as that is what I use to wash the pads by hand
