Understanding Zaino

Okay, it fills slightly. But compare it to BlackFire glaze? From what I've read, you get a very nice, wet shine and filling properties with the BlackFire...
But is it true I can't use this glaze under Zaino?

Yes it is true. Zaino products like to work together. A glaze would cause bonding problems. The only product that I have used prior to any Zaino sealant that has shown good results was KAIO. But that was before ZPC Fusion. Both products do essentially the same thing but I like using the Zaino system to get the best possible results.

That's my experience with Z5 Pro. I was detailing my sisters car and found that I missed this big scuff (about as deep as a moderate swirl mark) on her hood. I was so sick of working on that car and had already washed my polishing pads so I didn't want to break out the PC. So I tried about four coats of Z5 on the scuff (the rest of the car was getting two coats) and only by the fourth coat did I see it starting to become less visible. From the way they write about it on the web site, I was expecting it to be invisible by two coats. IMHO, its filling abilities are barely worth mentioning. Next time I see that car I'll polish out the swirl with some Menzerna IP and FPII.
