Yes the BMW JB is a PITA........but the newer current paint is even worse, looking good Bryan that is alot of work(Also like how you took off the trim which is also a PITA).

The client had the trim left off after they painted both front fenders and the hood.

so its not just me with the BMW j/b paint. i can get it completely smooth but can mar it right back up with the final step of applying the sealant. so frustrating. you've done a helluva job on that bimmer though bryan.
Bryan...which backing plate are you using. Thought I saw a yellow one last night? If not Megs. then which one and how is the pads holding up?
It might be an LC, I can't recall. I will have a look today. Pads are holding up fine.
