Ultimate Autopian Spray Bottle

Could this possibly be the ultimate spray bottle for Autopians? You guessed it, it's rechargeable... 3ML/second.
 
Man, I could see using that. By the time I get done spraying down the third wheel with my A2Z I feel like my fingers are going to fall off. That would definitely come in 'handy'. Ha! Get it? Hand..handy...? ...nevermind. lol
 
I'm trying to get pricing. It looks to be around $16-17. I thought it would be nice for high volume spraying, like wheel wells, engine detailing and claying.
 
Well, i never thought of wheel wells. My finger blisters because my current $1.99 spray bottles from schucks has ridged edges.



I still cant justify spending more than 5 bucks for a spray bottle. But i am probably influenced by my current money problem.. I dont have any.:rolleyes:
 
When you are trying to get a job done fast then time is money. If this thing will save me 5 minutes per car then after 5 car then it will only take 20 or 30 cars for it to pay for itself. :D 30 cars or one good tip. I try and make 30 - 40 dollars per hour while detailing so anything that can help speed up the process would be a blessing indeed.
 
I think it was Bud Abraham that was talking to me some time past about having a product out like this. We came to a conclusion that he might not sell many to Pro detailers because of the price plus having to recharge them all the time, plus what happens if you run out of power on a job?



He also needed to check to see if the seals could stand up to solvent based dressings and other heavy products like Acid Based Wheel Cleaners and Degreasers.



Who is selling these bottles?
 
While I was researching extractors, I went to Bridgepoint Systems in Nashville. They are a large distributor of supplies and equipment for carpet/upholstery cleaning professionals. They carry 48oz spray bottles that have a small hand pump so you can pressurize the contents for $13.95. They also carry a 2qt bottle for $21.60, which is rebuildable. This is a plus because some chemicals deteriorate the rubber seals and eat up the plastic nozzles over time.

oooohhh..... that is pretty cool. Do you think it would hold up to things like weel cleaners or degreasers? I like the idea of the pump on it. That is awesome. Probably a lot lighter too.
