Ultima Upp

Just ordered some Upp should be here Monday want to put it on my TC in red after blackfire pollish didn`t order the ultima paint prep.. Do you think car pro eracer will be ok
 
UPP is from Ultima these days? Mine was from Four Star...or are they the same?

Very easy to use, but it is a bit finicky about what it`ll bond to so I hope the Eraser leaves it truly stripped.

Looks very nice, carnauba-like without muting flake (I`m still using mine up on the silver S8).

BUT...virtually ZERO protection agains etching from bugs/birds, so don`t let such stuff dwell on it or you`ll be polishing.
 
Ultima Upp ultima paint guard pluss is what I have coming Monday but I already have 4 star up ultra. The Upp is something I have read about many times and wanted to try it for the candy plastic look after 3 coats.
I have a 2015 scion TC new old stock that has some oxidation on it and a few swirls ( I am afraid I will never learn how to wash or dry a car to have remain swirl free). Old dog
car is red by the way just a hobby guy with time.
 
4 star UPP gives a beautiful carnuba look and in fact can compete with carnuba in the looks dept. The ultima sealant is just the opposite. It gives you a sealant candy glass look.
 
Kind of off topic, but remember when David B launched ultima and sonus, didnt he make it sound like it was his line? I think he even had a PPC campaign for ultima when you typed in zaino it would pop up lol.

I always associated him with those two product lines, but I never really gave it much real thought.

I know some people have issues with him, but he was always 100% OK with me, can`t imagine a better customer-service experience.

I did a lot of the initial testing for David for Ultima and Sonus. Both lines are great. I think Ultima was one of the break through lines for WOWA paint and interior sealants.

I think some people didn`t like how David B sold the site on the slight under the noses of everyone on here. It was his site and he can do what he wants but for someone who would say that Autopia was not just a site, we were a community of like minded detailers and then tell us he is bringing in 3D/HD as co administrators of the site when in reality he was selling the site under the radar didn`t seem very community like so to speak.
 
Up date I got the Upp and put it on. Me being old tired the 3 squirts and spread around I didn`t see anything so I put on 10 more squirts and spread around much better no problem and car looks great. I would recommend to a friend.

Ultima Paint Prep...It`s a mild polish that it typically but now always used before Ultima Paint Guard Plus (UPGP).
 
Upgp ultimate paint guard plus is what I got the new voc free stuff I put it on like a monster 3 times 45 min wait time between coats
looks real good. People are complaining over at AG about streaking. But hay I used it off lable put on enough proudic to do 25 cars I got the big bottle car looks good. I was hoping for that plastic candy apple look but I didn`t get their
