Looks like a good time for all. Excellent work, the Mustang looked great in the after shots.![]()

LOL, Scott!
How does the HTEC/OPT work with the PC? I thought the HTEC was a little much for the PC and you should stick with HT Heavy Cut?
Hope you get a lot of business from this.

I enjoyed reading your post -especially the photo with the PP slide showing you holding class. Priceless. :goodjob
Get used to Ford paint, because something tells me that you'll be detailing quite a few Mustangs this Spring and Summer :chuckle:
It's too bad that you had to leave the Makita at home, but the PC looks like it did a pretty damn nice job on the paint.
I'm sure you had a blast. Thanks for sharing.
Setec Astronomy said:Elderly, sheesh...was that a Meg's burgundy cutting pad I saw? If so you'd better not let Mike Phillips see this thread!
GregCavi said:With the condition of the scratches, it was a must. I know he would have gone with #80 and polishing pad, but we wanted to remove the scratches lol.
Setec Astronomy said:Yeah...is there really anyone who has unrecoverably hazed their finish with the burgundy pad and PC? I know the Meg's company line is that you'll put your eye out if you do it, but at least on hard paint, it's not a problem.
