I've seen those products that are "fire proof" and "laser proof." I heard a story once about how a guy was at a car show and they were pouring lighter fluid on a car and lighting it. They said that it was proof that their product made the paint impervious to harm from even fire. The guy watching this asked if he could see the lighter fluid. He poured some on his hand and lit it. Since it burns too fast to actually cause any harm to his hand he held out his burning hand and asked if his hand lotion could be protecting his hand like their car product protected their paint.
Things like that burn off too quickly to actually cause any damage. Have you ever tried starting a fire with lighter fluid? The wood that the gas is on usually isn't the wood that lights on fire first. Its usually the wood and stuff that is piled on top. The ligher fluid isn't burning anything underneath it. That just goes to show that these products that protect your car from fire are just a bunch of hype. There are plenty of other products that have proven that they outshine these hyped up "laser blocker" products. lol
