Turtle Wax Seal N Shine over Expel PPF

Ive been happy user of Seal N Shine for a few years now and been very happy with its beading properties. A few months ago I bouight a new `24 Giuia Quadrifoglio which I had wrapped in Expel Ultimate PPF on the front clip. When I got it home I applied Seal N Shine on all surfaces.. What I`m finding is that, while beading is top notch on all the exposed painted surfaces, the beading on top of the PPF is significantly less prominent. Has anybody else experienced this, or have an idea why this should be?

Could be that LSP’s often don’t ‘stick’/have the same longevity on film as they do on bare paint. How does it do immediately after application?

Good Point. I think that must be it since shortly after initial application, the film was beading as well as the paint.. 3 months later, ie now, the paint is still beading like a champ, but the film no longer is displaying those tight beads we look for. Im looking for a sealant that will endure over film, but after some searching, Im not sure it exists.

This is the reason as stated above.
Nothing adheres for long to ppf film because it is plastic...
Paint has a surface much different, and things can adhere to it longer..
I have had ppf installed on many vehicles on the entire front end, and part of the hood and front fender edges...
Yes, it can be expensive the bigger the vehicle front end is, but the best part - no paint chips...:)
Perhaps some of the coatings might adhere for a longer time..
