It may be a assumption, conjecture, a wild guess on my part........................... but I perceive that you could not own a business but if you and do not understand why Trump did what he did(In fact a office full of tax attorneys on retainer and GASP he wrote off that expense as well) reduced his tax liability to the smallest amount he could LEGALLY.
The part where he wants to close the loophole is simple, he knows the game that is played and he plays it well. Another fact is he contributed VAST SUMS of donations to both sides of the isle politically(Was banged for doing that by Clinton and hard to believe his own Republican party during the nomination process). There is so much graft in Washington and he knows the players thus why politicians fear him Democrat and Republican.
Changing almost everything in Government is most certainly needed, you have a wealthy guy with children and Grandchildren he worries about for the future and he(Trump) has articulated his love for the USA endstop. Most of the opinions I have read come up way short on thought and are chock full of knee jerk-isms.
Here are examples...................

4. Trump is not as rich is he says.................. because EVERYONE has a $300,000,000 Boeing 757 with a custom interior and paint livery and a $60,000,000 penthouse

6. Trump is mean to people ( I can relate to this as when you pin peoples ears back when they get silly, you are a "mean person" and the ankle biters come for you)
7. Trump says he is smart but he is really dumb(But somehow here he is as the nominee for the office of President of the United States.........how did THAT happen)

Trump organization has more than 23 $75,000,000 + properties as a developer, some of my most wealthy detailing clients(One in particular) owns many retail commercial, and residential properties with leases producing incredible cash flow who when the economy downturns buys real estate and when the prices rise holds pat but the flow from the leases increases............Just like Donald Trump.
I saw one post where a guy said(And I paraphrase................. if you cannot see who the better human is here then you have a problem). I will be 54 years old on the 24th and I remember when this country was great, it is not presently so the tag line of "Make America Great Again" is lost on those who only know about things that you point and click about aka hitting the millennial easy button.
We don`t get Trump and Pence in next month all you dissenters will deserve all that will come about.

Yep, I agree the American people deserve a man like a Trump to be our leader. No reason why he shouldn`t win he is way more qualified than Clinton. His record on the big issues of gun control, immigration, and race relations will change the United States in ways that that may finally bring our country together to make it great again. His friendship and admiration of Putin may put us on equal footing with Russia and pave clear a road to exterminate ISIS once and for all. He can, with the help of the Republican led Senate repeal Obamacare and same sex marriage laws and return this country to the good old days when white men ran the world and the United States was the greatest country in the world.

People who were actually around back in the "Good Old Days", especially those who lived in the South, especially those who are [members of certain demographic groups], would say that the White Men really did run the world back then. Some want it to be that way again, some don`t, but they sure don`t dispute that *that* is how it really was.
Heh heh, what.... all the people I know who are my age (and I`m only 56) and older are *WRONG* about that? Even the most conservative/liberal people I know accept that`s how it was, just that some of them differ on whether it was good/bad.

Eh, I know a *LOT* of people who are voting for Hillary, including plenty of very conservative, life-long Republicans, but none of them are doing it for trivial/superficial reasons. That`d be as silly as voting against Hillary because of her appearance or the sound her voice.
Policy positions and perceived temperament, those are what people I know care about. Though I suspect that Trump and Hillary are a lot closer in temperament than many want to believe.

Hillary has a 30 yr record of corruption, racketeering using the Clinton foundation, and if you include Libya...murder. Trump has no record of political office. We know what we are getting with Hillary. Trump is just a bigmouth. What`s worse?
I for one could not care if the right person was green, blue, white, black, yellow or had stripes, as long as they were the right person for the job. I said it once and ill say it again, if you have not done anything POSITIVE in 30 years of public service, I have no confidence that you will start now.
And if you have a record of success, and success is never a straight line, and have the ability to put the right people int he right roles to get what the USA need to get accomplished. I see a clear choice and fail to see why everyone cant see what I see.

No doubt Richie should not have used the "P" word(Which I did not know of until you quoted it for all to see with the edit after his post was deleted I assume) and there was certainly "truth in advertising" to that unfortunate statement.
My gripe is always the bias and "Insider groups" that get away with so much and I will read stuff for months and not chime in as I know the outcome will be me pinning someone`s ears back, then the "Get you back post with no thought given to the reply" and the subsequent escalation and then the "Bob`s a A-Hole consensus ......................blah,blah,blah.
This forum used to have good write ups........................... those days are gone, as if you put up some work there is a unwritten rule that every aspect of what was done MUST be chronicled or "You suck cuz you won`t share the secrets".
As for the political thread I chimed in on, opinions are great and expected in a free society but when just silly non informed inaccurate stuff is paraded out as fact and then someone calls your bluff then the bias is there and cannot be hid. This also happens with product releases as the "Griots BOSS" fiasco was almost more than I could take and despite certain folks best efforts to hurt the Griots machine release and liquids it only slowed it down until people tried the gear for themselves and look what happened in the end.
This election IS the most important one in my lifetime, and if we get it wrong imo the country known as "America" will become like the Roman Empire even though the eastern leg lasted a thousand years past the Western leg until the Ottoman Empire put a end to it for good(Islam the religion of peace) forefront even then and now the repeat of history most know nothing about.

Doesn`t matter anyway. She already sold them the rights to all our uranium. While the expand and modernize their nuke capability, we are cutting ours. Much less how much we are neutering out armed forces.

Like him or not, this is a guy who has employed tons of people, ran successful business`, and spent tons of money supporting the economy...
How come nobody is worried about the MILLIONS of Americans who choose not to work, collect state and federal entitlements, and pay no taxes? They are the millions useless eaters just sucking from the system - on the workers dime.
