Trouble giving reputations

I have been having some trouble giving reputations out tonight. Whenver I click the rep icon it takes me to the top of the page. Is anyone else experiencing this? If it is a problem Im sure Dwayne and the Fuzz will have it back running soon. Just kind of wondering if it was just me?

Greg, do you have popups blocked on Detail City? I just clicked on one, and the window popped up just fine for me. I am using Firefox for my browser.
 
I messed aroudn with my settings. It looks like somehow the dc reputations box got into my unapproved popups section. All fixed. Thanks guys.
