It's a power portable 500 watt halogen with 50 foot cord. I'm not sure the maker but it says designers edge on it so maybe that's it.
 
My father in law said he picked the light up at sam's club, don't know if it's on their website or if they have their own, I will do some research for you guys and find it for ya.

What grit did you sand it down with? I didn't know MCC had enough cut to polish out wetsanding marks.
 
I've been reading at the UK detailing forum that putting Z8 over Vintage is the in thing now. How long did you wait till you wiped the Z8 over the wax?

2k grit and i actually removed the sanding scratches with op and a wool pad. with a wool pad i am sure mcc would have enough cut as well.
 
Took some searching but here it is, only mine is yellow. It is 600 watt i thought it was 500. also mine has 8 way plug. mine says it was manufactured in 06 i guess they changed it a bit since then, so if you want mine it's double the price. Triple if you want me to autograph it :lol
