I am really enjoying the show car aspect of detailing (focusing less on paint correct, though that is still vital, but finding the dirty areas and making them perfect). One of the things I have realized is that you are never done. Sometimes you have to take the car to a very high level to see the little things that need work...

I like and agree with this statement. :werd:

I'm into this same aspect of detailing. :2thumbs:

BTW, that looked like a kagillion dollars worth of Italian redheads parked at the show. :wow:

One of the greatest looking vehicles ever made, great detail my friend! Always enjoy your details. Keep up the great work.

No, Todd doesn't detail Calibers, only exotics:chuckle:

Awesome work as always Todd. It looks like you have hit it big in the "Concours de Elegance" market in Florida. Concours detailing is so different than normal detailing. It honestly gives you a feeling of "never being done". There is always something that can be tweaked.

You are certainly taking things to a new level...:2thumbs:

Thanks Pat!!!!

"third coat of SWAX applied" Is this a wipe on walk away product? Went to their web site and there's no clue on how this is applied.

Its a synthetic sealant that products a very deep shine (compared to sealants) and is carnuaba in appearance. I have no idea about durability though.

Todd, excellent work. You continue to amaze me with your attention to detail and thoroughness.

Your threads always challenge me to be a better detailer. I am going to start Q-tipping more and next time I have my web designer update my site, I'm going to have him include a "show car" detail package into the price list section as that is something I really want to start doing.

Thanks for the great write up, I continue to learn a lot from them. I will be stepping up my detailing to another level.

Thanks Josh. Sometimes we get so carried away by the paint correction aspect of the detail (check 99 percent of the threads) that we forget what customers want (the details). Our ability to correct paint is what seperates us from the idiots with the shop rags and qtips...

couldn't have said it any better!

Todd, I am always amazed at your click and brags, but this is on another level. Amazing work!!!!

Amazing work as always Todd! You always impress the hell out of me. If I had to pick my favorite detailer from this site it would be you. Your write ups are very professional and very well laid out with great explainitory. You deserve the trophy for all the hours you put into these cars and how quick you work. Your customers are very lucky to have you.

Now detailing one of those is something to really brag about! Those were such an amazing car for it's time and still is an amazing car during this time. They were the animal Ferrari that loved to live on the edge.

I am very sure to see you in exotic magazines someday for sure showing off some of your work and talent.:secret

One day I will have such luck here in Houston. Untill that day I will drool over every thread you make. Amazing job you did there, along with everything else you touch.

Im going to be looking at the thread the whole time im detailing a camry this weekend for inspiration. One day, with a lot of hard work and even more heart i will be detailing cars like you are everyday.... Probobly not though. lol

Wow, that thing is a monster. Have you ever done a F50? Would be a pleasure to work on that.

Haven't had the pleasure yet (nor an Enzo) but I will soon enough. Most people are lucky to ever see one of these cars, and I consider myself very lucky to get to work with them. Amazing cars, just amazing....

Thanks! I'm sure the Camry will come up awesome. As far as detailing cars similar to what I work on, why not? Do a good job and treat people fairly and the sky is the limit.

That car looked great in person Todd, you did a kick *** job on it for sure. With the Enzo and 250 in Calgary what's left on the Ferrari list? Have you done an F50 yet?
