If it would just go from Cuba right over to south FL, it wouldn't be able to strengthen and would bring some much needed rain down there. Of course mother nature never acts rationally. If it heads out into the gulf, it will strengthen and cause some damge and of course it will give the gas companies a reason to shut down some rigs and surprise!, gas prices will go back up....
