The new sale says triple points, but everytime I click the link to go to the join page it shows up blank, is that because the rewards program is "connect" which I hear is being discontinued?

I believe it`s up to triple. If you click on an item and go to that item it`ll say what you`ll get

Every purchase earns points that can be redeemed for store credit at specific intervals. These points do not expire and as Civic said, they`re based on each product. Make sure you set up and register an account and then shop till you drop

How come I cannot register? Every time I click the banner an empty page pops up? Does this happen to anyone else?

So they are discontinuing the Connect program??
