Tried out some Garry Dean's Ultimate Use Detail Juice today

It is funny that you would post this and not contact me first... I have been very accommodating to all of your phone calls and Facebook messages, giving you business advise and suggestions to help get you off the ground...

You are definitely doing something wrong if you cannot get the results Im getting in my videos. I would never BS you or anyone else on a forum or in any video about my products, or anyone elses for that matter. When your brother placed the order for you, you never once mentioned to me that you wanted to use IUDJ as a tire shine. I would have given you some tips to get the results you are looking for. I cannot help on a subject that I am not asked about.

With all of that said, I will happily refund your brother if you mail the product back to me.

I have contacted you after I tried it on 2 different details asking why am I not getting the results like you show in your videos. Did you see the video where I said I was impressed with the UDJ on the tires but then after it turning matt then I applied a 2nd coat and it did the same thing after 10 minutes. That has happened on my last 5 details and even happened on a brand new 2013 Kia Soul with only 200 miles..the tires are brand new.

Gary you say I never asked you about my concerns? Are you out of your mind? You asked me how am I cleaning the tires...I told you Im cleaning them the same way you did it in the videos...I asked you several times what are alot of the uses of the UUDJ so I can use it in that way...you said I need to find out myself. Now you say on a FB PM that you are no longer willing to help me with my issues and just send back the product...That is not very professional at all and I have "ZERO" respect for you as a person or a detailer. If I had a customer that had concerns I would be on contact with them making sure everything is ok and working well, but since you got the $$$ you dont care...That is what I get. Btw...I tested your UUDJ vs. AutoBrites Direct UK Bubble Trim side by side on interior plastic and tires. Well lets say 1 side of each test stayed very shiny on the interior plastics and the tires and that was not your product. I only came here and posted after I didnt get any help from you.

I have no idea where the disconnect is between Garry and the OP but I have always found Garry to be a straight shooter that goes above and beyond in dealing with customer service. I do find it very unprofessional to call out a vendor on a public forum like this. I see this as no benefit to anyone.

By some coincidence, Gary posted a video on youtube today about using his
product as tire dressing after 7 days.

:snowman:

You don't re-apply your tire dressing every time you wash your car? I sure do... and usually if I drive through rain, the car is dirty enough to wash it.

I rarely wash (UWWP) so I don't apply a tire dressing every week. My point is that even an otc tire dressing will last 7 days if not washed or rained on.

I like the old school tire shine that would last a while, even after a few washes or rain. I guess they had to change the mix caused it worked too well.

Garry offers a money back guarantee.

Borrowed from the company site:

Garry is positive you will love this product as much as he does, or he will give you your money back!

That's fair and reasonable.

Now I'm going to order a product and try it.

Well this got real funky real fast.

First i'll say that SHINE isn't always a good indication of protection...i see plenty of guys at car shows spraying down their tires and even chrome with WD-40....sure its shiney as a mofo....i wouldn't say its protected.

2nd of all, ive seen others send me after pics of cars they've done and dressed the tires with IUDJ and no it wasnt grease in a pan shiney, it had a 'new tire' look to it...depends on your taste...if you dont like it YOU dont like it..doesnt mean its crap.

Lastly, for your interior trim coating, if you like bright and shiney then I think Armorall has a sale going on at Wal-Mart, you may find their product leaves a nice shiney finish that should be to your liking....

Not saying dont post comments or have an opinion, but it does seem to be a bit of a witch hunt and the final comments made kinda prove that to be true.

UWWP = Ultima Waterless Wash Plus

I thought you said you rarely wash your car? :inspector:

My point is that even an otc tire dressing will last 7 days if not washed or rained on.

Soooo.... why the double standard then? This is a waterless/rinseless wash product that is also usable as a tire dressing, and it lasts as long as a dedicated tire dressing available OTC. That doesn't really sound like a bad thing to me.

Looks great Bobby !!!! What are you using?

Thanks Pat!

This was a new product when I first tried it and I haven't looked back...it's none other than BlackFire Total Eclipse Tire Gel...

BlackFire Total Eclipse is a light cream and goes on easily with a foam applicator. Like any other tire coating it's important to clean the rubber well before application.

I did a review on several products all at once and if anyone's interested just click on the link below...

A waterless wash is not a bucket and hose wash.

No one said that a wash product used as a tire dressing is a bad thing. All I'm saying is that 7 days durability on tires that haven't seen rain or a wash is nothing to write home about.
