Thanks everyone!

It's actually a funny story how the dealership found about us in the first place. My customer with the black BMW 1-series was unhappy when they did the same thing to his car and made the dealer pay for the detail. The write up is here: http://www.autopia.org/forum/pro-de...tensive-paint-correction-unique-car-care.html

Seems as though this was happening a lot, so the dealer finally decided to bring it to a professional. At least they realized that their "detailer" just wasn't cutting it. :)

LOL to me it looks like he was cutting it a little to much! Rick This is a prime example of a perfect correction! Excellant work fellas! Good to you guys posting. I enjoyed every thing but that darn Red Sox hat. Shoot me your addy and I'll send you up a nice new New Yor Yankee's cap!:LOLOL

Absolutely perfect work Rick! Keep up the great work, awesome pics, etc!

Welcome back Todd!!!

Nice save, I'd love to know what on earth whoever worked on that before you did. Would have been interesting to be a fly on the wall during that detail, thank god they found you.

Rick.. Herb just opened a new Lamborghini dealership in Wayland, MA to go along with his Bentley and Rolls Royce store at that location. Between his BMW, Land Rover and the three other dealerships, I think he's trying to make his own "Luxury car automile" on Route 20!"

I'm sure you and Ryan will be busier than ever! :buffing::2thumbs:

I actually was out there at a clients house and drove by there and I thought the same also. They are starting their own automile.

Thanks again everyone!!

As for how the body shop inflicted that much damage, my only guess is that they might have tried to wipe the car down with some sort of solvent to remove the overspray and used a dirty shop rag or something?? I honestly have no clue how someone could create this much damage to a car with less than 2,000 miles on it, but it's obviously possible, LOL.

Barry- Thanks for the Yankee's hat offer, but I think I'll stick with the Sox hat!
