I'm working on a relatively new 2000 Ford Crown Vic (dark blue) and its got some scratches:
the fender lip on the rear is a bit scratched up (i can see the white of the clearcoat on some parts, and other parts its down to the paint), the width is maybe 0.6 cm tops but its rather long.
There are also some scratches on the plastic/polymer bumper.
How should I go about touching it up? I'm not looking for a total refinish ($$), I just want it so that it doesn't rust in the future and it looks half-way decent at a glance.
I ordered the brush-on touch up paint from Ford and I already have some Boyd high gloss clearcoat enamel.
Thanks
