Tornador Black

The shop I manage just got the Tornador Black. So far its been great on carpets and cup holders but it doesn't do much on plastic or vinyl. Is there anything I can do to "up" my new toy's proformance? I'm trying to cut the amount of time my guys spend cleaning and cut overall drying time without sacrificing quality. I'd be thankful for any/all help.

Right now I am using an APC with a hint of the Tornador Brand enzyme cleaner. It works awesome on the heavier carpet/ upholstry stains but doesn't do so hot with the plastic/ vinyl.

Agreed with Mr. Fermani. A different method (high pressure) of product disbursement isn't going to really improve the process when it comes to cleaning flat easy-to-access surfaces. The Tornador is really meant to shine when it comes to getting deep into the vents, carpeting, headliners, etc. For solid surfaces it's best to just use some elbow grease with a cloth or soft brush with your interior cleaner/APC.

Sorry for reviving a old thread but any updates on the tornador? Im looking to get one for dealer work. Either that or a steamer

I agree old school methods are still sometimes the best, also a great steamer can help. But if you are looking for a product that has decent cleaning ability and also helps darken the plastic. Detail king has a soap just for the tornador, I had a sample and it worked good
