Todays trivia, how did those get there....

Yeah, he used tons of products to hide them. He used Vanilla moose, his final polish, and S100. When he hit it with the rotary I asked if the protecting products needed reapplication, of course they do and I knew this but he said no. At that point I was so mad I wanted out before I killed him.

I also tried to be really fair, I said look, you did good on the interior, no complaints there. He charged 125, 75 outside and 50 inside. I said give me 75 back and as long as I can fix the problem you wont here from me again. He refused, he said I can bring it back to him but he wont give me my money back. I think hes had enough chances and now I just dont want him to touch the car again. And for good reason.

Well I wanted to post the pics, someone guessed sorta right and the pissing match begins. I just think that the detailing world should know about this. I hope I dont get banned, I have alot to learn, but I cant fix this between him and I and I needed opinions on the condition of the car so he could see he is wrong. I am not trying to fight, there is no fight, he has no defense, I even have the Pms to him and others backing up everything I say.

breakneck.....

FYI - You should resolve this between the 2 of yall. It's not wise to bring personal problems to the forums, theres gonna be a fight here, I can see it.

I also see some people getting banned if it continues.

This is just odd, I have seen lots of Brian's work, and it seems unlike him to cause such a problem. I highly doubt it, in fact.

Not taking sides... yet, just be carefull. :xyxthumbs

I was a customer before anything else, bottom line he ****ed my car up and takes no responsibilty. Hes a disgrace to honest hard working passionate detailers. Hes nothing more than a backyard detailer with a big ego and no results. And if I cant fix the mess, he will be a backyard detailer with a big ego, no results, and a lawsuit. I wont work for someone like that, I wont associate my name with anyone like that. I will detail on my own and make sure I never lose sight of this experience and treat my customers the right way.

You better watch what you say. I am not going to start a flamming war, but if the truth be known

You came to me for a detail. we detailed your car, you said it was the best it has ever looked but you were mad about how all the swirls did not come out. I told you there was a difference in swirls on the paint and swirls in the paint. You replied to me that that is not true and you asked around. I told you who ever you spoke to was wrong. You called two days later and asked if you can take the veh back for me to use something stonger to try to remove the swirls. I was totally against it and made it clear to you that you should live with what you have as it looked great!

You came by for me to retry it, the swirls were a little less after that. then two days later you say that there are more swirls then before. then you accuse me of buring you hood in an area i did not even do with the rotary. you then said you made a mistake and that it was a pebble chip.

It seems that you are just made that i could not get all the swirls out. Many people have come to me from autopia and all were satisfied. You take it one step further and you are trying to blow it up to something that it is not.

As for a backyard detailer, whenever anyone wants to come to my shop you are more then welcome to. I am also a mobile detailer so where else would i be detailing. If you are going to making low blows at me, i suggest that you stop right now. I will say nothing else at this time. MY work and my business speaks for itself.

and as for those pix you are posting, there is not way i did that. you car looked nothing like that after you left me.

You must have done something to it yourself, no way is that from me, absolutley not!

Jngr- the swirls are circular, but I see what your talking about, he went front to back in that area, and the tons of swirls make it look a bit linear, from what I can tell there arent any scratches, just lots of swirls:angry :angry :angry

I never go front to back to hard to do with the rotary, side to side

I came for you to do a detail, you knew I wanted swirl removal, you obviously didnt do it.

Swirls in the paint, end yourself now

I said go more abrasive but stay with the PC, you did not listen

I said QD the car first, you did not listen

When you polish you remove protectant layers, did you put anything on after polishing, even though I asked you to? NO!!!

I said it was a pebble chip, although I think you did it because I dont have a way to prove it and you deny it to the end of the world, I had bigger fish to fry at the moment. coughswirlscough

Get all the swirls out??? You put a ****load more in. I even said when you were done looking at my fender from fuc king 15 feet away I could see a ton of swirls, so you QDd the car, which you should have done first.

Yeah your work and "bussiness" do both speak for themselves. Both are **** and both are half as sed!

Those are all the facts.

I have 5 people I live with that will contest to the fact that I dont even have the pads for my PC yet, or any polishing products yet. I have the order I just placed with CMA, dont make me post it. Your dead wrong.
