way too early for a spring detail, but weather was great and wanted to try out my new products. :D

products used...

dawn wash
poorboys spray & rinse wheel cleaner
cobra guzzler drying towels
prima amigo
prima hydro seal
prima wax as u dry
general mf towels (orange)
bf p & s for wheels.
finger wax pads (great for wheels)
gummi pfledge stick (door weather stripping)
stoners tire shine

whew....tired.

pb s&r wheel cleaner is the bomb. cleaned the wheels and tires to perfection. (and yes the wheels just needed a rinse!)

cobra guzzlers. very good. took 2 to dry the xterra. heard they get better with time.

amigo. applied by hand. white pad. left a great finish ready for hydro. no issues to speak of.

hydro seal. ahhhh, requires a small learning curve. but went to town with 2 mf towels and spray bottle of water. really different. in a good way. no issues. sun was out, but had to work around it. left a even shine. OUTSTANDING on plastic trim! did the glass too.

hydro spray wax. really did not need this step, but wanted to make sure i got even coverage. no issues. i applied it dry with a mf towel. again, left a great shine.

now to see how primas duribility is?

But I bet it felt good to get it clean and shiney !
 
Great stuff !!!! I know what you mean. I wanted to stay outside and detail all day. Then my stupid hose broke. Oh well...always tomorrow :)
 
yes. it felt good to be OUTSIDE! warmer sunday! i could have done without the sun beating down, but it was a great afternoon.
