This is CAB IN BLACK M3's car. What an awesome vehicle. I got to drive it too! About 4 feet. :D

Bobbie is a very nice & energetic guy for sure. He was kind enough to get me lunch that was very good Bobbie - I finally sat down and eat all of it.

Detailed in a garage with minimal lighting but I managed somehow.

QEW (new wool mitt)

TOL Clay with mother's QD

IP blue polishing pad (Rotary 1500 rpm on the hood only) tried to remove some scretches

I have to redo the trunk under **normal** conditions. :)

MORE LATER!

Holy hell those wheels were bad!

Nice job. It looks great. Then again, any M3 looks great ;)

Is it my monitor, or does the last pic show a sort of blue flake?

BTW, I'm picking up a rotary soon too. Looking at the Makita or Metabo. How much would longer this car have taken you with just the PC?

i'm amazed at the results from all the fellow autopians and this is testament to it. great frickin' job! :up

I want to thank Thomas for the great job. He is a testament to all the great professional detailers on this site. I look forward to him working on my car again. I think Thomas can attest that the M3 attracts alot of attention when it is done right. His workmanship is great and he worked under the pressure of a severe lighting issue. I think he had only one floresent in the garage. Thanks again Thomas and I will be calling you tommorrow to schedule the rest of the office.

Nice job tdekany! Love a nice black BMW (specially M3) that's been detailed the way this car should be! And a happy customer to boot! Way to go!!!

The color is called Carbon Black Metalic.....Like the carbon paper on a reciept. Depending on the light it can either look black or blue. Its kinda the same color as blue black inck that some pens have. I just love the color combo with the interior. I hate not being in this car.

Great car and great detail. Carbon black is definitely the best standard range colour for the M3, and the way it has the subtle blue flip in it is awesome. What's even better is that it can also look jet black as well, as you can see in the pic of my old CB cab:

I've got a Carbon black M3 coupe to detail in May and I'm already wondering what I'm going to put on it!

That car is amazing.

Very very nice looking work!

Those rims look like a mother to clean.

How do you like the finish kare products? I just got a can of pink wax -your posts talked me into it!
