Nice wheels and nice work. Those cars are so..... Well, that doesn't matter.

Are those BMW accessory wheels? See if you can find out who made them and if they have any coating at all. I can't tell from the pics but is that lip chrome? If not, it's likely anodized and the center CC'd.

Whatever you did to it, the car looks great! :)

Chris, there is no cc on them whatsoever.............The center is brushed (machined) aluminum, hence my worries....lol

Zoom, theres 2 styles I appreciate, the 650 and 750, and that about it. I mean there all beautiful, but I like those two the best.....

Scott, ooooooooops....I know, shame on me.....

Bathe with a bucket, MF, QEW (Chris, i know what your saying right now, but I didnt have the NRWS with me!!)

Optimum Polish, light polishing pad, with a hint of SSR 2.5 for the rear bumper......

FK1 2180 as a sealant, and boy, I may have found a new sealant!!

Wheels were cleaned with VM !!!

Tires FS Ult Tire protectant gel

Awesome! I think I need to pick up qew or nrw s. I have always just used a hose and shampoo, but the rinseless systems seem to be better for mobile, no?

BTW, I too did a bimmer this evening just in time for bimmerfest. I had on '05 M3, but forgot to snap pics and it was dark when i finished. I think I am going to ask him to send me any pics he takes at the show then I may post them here.

Patrick-have you tried out that sample of Acrylic Jett I sent you?

Oh its been tested alright, but not under the most ideal conditions......I need to really do some prep work and give it an opportunity to grow on me, on one of my own vehicles.....

I have quite a few items I need to test, I know you know the feeling.....

Nice work Patrick.

How did you get the picture of you working on the car? (Tripod)

Those wheels look good. Just don't EVER let them get dirty. Glad they are not mine, look like fun to clean for a bimmer with their brake dust. Another car with no front license plate.

Wish this damn rain would go away in CA

Doug

Doug, my daughter came a long for the ride.........yeah, the wheels are beautiful but are really going to require some upkeep......Maybe we'll get the 2 997's in next wknd?

Ima, thank you......

JMO, but for a production based paint job BMW has one of the best out there.

What a piece of work there, nice BMW, and nice job on the Detail work.

Machined aluminum, I have used a stainless steal cleaner B-4. I got it from Home Depot. I also use to wipe down my BBQ wich of corse is stainless steal.

Thanks Pat!!

I couldnt agree about the BMW paint. Its as close to flawless as you can get, matter of fact, just about everything German also is near flawless....
