To go mobile or not to go mobile?

Currently I stationed at home and when I do go to customers houses I use their water and discount them.

Right now I have only a few clients as I've just started the business. To go mobile I would have to purchase a Truck / Van, Water Tank, and Pressure Washer and probably a power generator to power the vacuum. I am somewhat skeptical as that can be a pretty penny while I'm still shy on customers. However I was told that going mobile will attract more customers as I could set up at shopping centers and office complexes. I'm wondering if I should go mobile now to attract clients or should I wait until I have more clients to go mobile?

I dont discount customers when i work at their homes and use their water and electricity. My price is based on my time, skill, product usage and condition of the vehicle.

what they loose from water electricity etc they gain it back because you go to their place. so no discount needed (my opinion)

Also look at it this way.

If you hire a cement company to pave your driveway, a roofing company to replace your roof, a siding company to side your house ect they all will use your water and your electricity and will not discount you.

The amount of water and electricity we use is so small that they wouldnt even notice it on their utility bills.
