Tire shine

I use Eagle One Wet spray and it doesn't seem to have any problem with that as long as I apply it to dry tires. If the tires are wet then the product doesn't dry very fast and they tend to attract dust. If serious shine is what you want then you will have to deal with dust since the ingredients that create the shine are also the ingredients that cause you problems with road dust and slinging all over your fenders.

well i usually let the shine dry to keep it off of the fenders but i will see how eagle one does....what about the foam tire shines?

I've never had any luck with foam tire shines as far as durability goes. With Eagle One Wet I can go two weeks without needing to apply it again. That is through rain and washing the car too. It is pretty durable stuff. Foam tire shines never made it that long for me. A lot of them end up turning the tires brown after it wears off too. I'm sticking to the spray kind.

I've mostly used commercial dressings. In my experience, if you spray on and leave it glossy, dust will come. No foams I've found work, and some turn the tires yellow. I wipe off my dressing with a sponge, still shiny but not wet. I've not had dusting as an issue, but in PEI, nothing lasts too long.
