Whats the deal with this product? does it actually contain bleach. If so, is prolong usage of this product on rubber advisable or every once in a while.

Eagle one worked so well OTC that I'm considering my shipments of Eimann Fabrik mail order. Both work uqually well and one doesn't require shipping expenses. I'll be using the eagle one for awhile I'm sure.
