Tire and wheel well dressings?

Turtle Wax's F21 Nano protectant is pretty good too...cheap and readily available. Similar sheen to a level between FK108 and Armor All....it can be easily toned down more to your liking with buffing. I save my 303 for seats and interior only.

For wheel wells you can't beat Street Appeal Tire Dressing. A 32 ounce bottle is $1.00 at the Dollar Store. I have been using it for about 4 months now and I love it. For the price it can't be beat. Its even cheaper than AA Tire Foam.

I'll second the Street Appeal for the wells. I used it under the hood too and it has held up quite nicely. Here's some alternatives for water based dressings. Mother's FX and Reflections and Vroom Tire Dressing. I haven't seen the Vroom in quite some time but you may luck out at a Target. I also like the 1Z and the Poorboy's Bold n Bright. I know some people have used Natural Look on tires but to me that seems a waste. Save it for your interior. :bigups

Anyone ever try Poor boys Trim restore on tires or Poor Boys Natural look? It says it can be used on tires so I am curios how it would turn out.

i used this stuff and didn't care for it. it's too thick and when there was dew in the morning, it dripped all over the driveway right near the wheels. i haven't experienced this with any of the other dressings i've used. glad to hear it works for you, for me this is going into the trash...

I use the Ultima Tire and Trim on the tires. Love it. Matte finish on my Dunlops.

Dries nice and clean. Lasts well too. Keeps my tires looking new but not flashy.

thick?

mine is like 1/2 water

did you shake it good?

I prefer the look of Optimum Tire Shine on my tires, but I mostly use AA foam or gel on other peoples cars I do. I prefer a more subtle look than the AA foam personally. On the wheel wells, I've been using Stoners Trim shine with great results. I found a bunch of it on closeout for 2.50 a can at my local murrays, but after I use all of it up, I'll probably hunt down some of the Street Appeal dressing people are mentioning.

yes, i shook it pretty well. AA foam works alot better and i don't have to use two different products, when i can use this to do the tires at the same time. for only $2.77 a can at walmart, i get many applications...
