what time of day do you usually get business? What days are the most booked?

All day, all week. I don't have one particular 'busy' day because I don't intentionally try to schedule myself that way.

I work from 7am-9pm daily 7 days/week. It hurts. Oh, and some days i find it fun to work through the night too. :/

I've worked until as late as 10:30 PM. I try not to though...

We go fullbore from 8a to 6:30p, 6x. And on the 7th day, we worship, drive , eat, clean the shop,



and rest...



Then the phone rings, again. Cool, huh?

Psh. My current job (3 days left, switched to something new) considered getting out at 10:30 an accomplishment, some nights I wouldn't go home until 1AM almost. Gotta love working with food.

Exactly why I got out of it. When I was a Jack in the Box manager, I had almost 7 weeks of vacation pay coming to me when I quit because they'd take all my well trained shift managers and make them assistant managers in other stores and give me crappy assistants. No way could I leave them in charge of my store.
