Tiefenpfleger and exterior trim

How long is Tiefenpfleger suppose to last on smooth exterior trim?

I tried some PB's trim restorer and it did not last through 1 rainstorm, PB's told me it was because it is not meant for smooth trim, only grained...

Tiefenpfleger is highly water-resistant and can last through several rainstorms, carwashes, etc. It doesn't matter whether the trim is smooth or textured... if it's plastic, vinyl or rubber, it will work the same :up

It worked great on the trim on my m3. It didn't streak near as bad as 303.
