I bet he has a special on paint protection aswell LOL

This reminds me of a ute I saw a few years back when I was down the coast on a camping trip, it was a single stage red ute, yep you guessed all oxidised and the stickers were that sunburnt they were peeling off.

I agree. Not good for the industry.

Im not sure what else to say. :(

Unfortunately this is just a sad truth about this business. Anyone and their brother can buy a few supplies and call themselves a detailer. I just strive to differentiate my self from these idiots by being as professional as possible. For me this means offering an excellent service, and having the proper licensing and insurance.

Thats kinda like my tow rig. Its got vinyls on the windows for my business, but more often than not you cant even see the vinyls because the whole rig is covered with mud because its my trail rig too, haha. Although its covered with mud all the time, you won't find a single swirl or scratch on it when the mud comes off. Collinite (about 5 coats) is the only thing that can hold up to any type of off roading.

I like how he couldn't even get the phone number decals on straight. Reminds me of a Cavalier I saw with "Proudly assembled by Union ##" bumper sticker. The sticker was on pretty crooked and had bubbles/wrinkles in it.

This is a good one too:

David, did you leave him a business card with a note on the back telling him you can PROFESSIONALLY polish the swirls out for him.

Hmm, think about it this way. They are probably creating business for you.

Seriously though, we shouldn't hang around in gangs laughing and pointing at lesser educated detailers. Live and let live, people. Lets be nice.
