Do you guys think if I take a snap of my engine with my DIGI CAM and post a thread, you guys would be able to sort of use PAINT to circle the parts that need to be covered with foil?

Two things about this.
1. A knowledge of "Paint" would seem to be necessary.
2. An understanding of BMW electrics would be essential. Later BMW's have a lot of electronics and I would sure hate to be the one that caused you to damage something.
I have used foil in the past with no problems, but I do think on the BMW, i would use plastic wrap held with a few rubber bands.
A piece of aluminum foil welded to your alternator terminals might void your warranty.:)

Good point Charles!

As for Paint. I would just want a quick little circle around the areas. :)

Twenty percent chance of rain today!!

Went to bed early last nite. Now I am up early! 2 hours till the light of day.

Come on sunshine!!

Leg day is the worst for me too! But its the muscle that when worked out, releases the most "natural" GH into the body when you're sleeping, therefor, your whole body benefits from it and grows.

If you didn't work it out, then you'd look like Johnny Bravo. lol...

This isn't something that is limited to Calgary or even Canada for that matter.
The following was taken from an state environmental site. It concerns the U.S. federal regulations.
At the federal level the Federal Water Reclamation Act has made home/driveway washing illegal. According to that act, no American citizen anywhere has the legal right to generate wash effluent that will drain to the storm sewers. By law, however, it is okay to wash cars on the grass.

It is going to become a problem for all of us and an absolute nightmare for the mobil detailer. There is already a big business in reclamation mats for the mobil guys. They have to trap and reclaim all their waste water.
Sooner or later, it will affect most all of us.
Good or bad, I don't really know. I do know we have done a pretty bad job of taking care of the environment and I was certainly one that contributed my share.
