I got a call from a person who bought a used Tahoe from one of my clients. I last detailed the vehicle in October 2007. My client had bought a brand new Tahoe in April 2008 and sold the gently used one to this guy private sale.



Ayways, the caller stated that there were "swirls all over the truck" and he expects me to correct them for free, as I am the last person who professionally detailed it!



I told him that I would gladly make an appointment when I came back from vacation, and that there was no way I was doing a freebie on a vehicle I did 10 months ago...

Funny thing.. this morning I got a call from the Tahoe's previous owner, who made an appointment for getting his new one detailed.



I told him about the call I got from the guy who bought his Tahoe, and he said it didn't surprise him... when he was selling the Tahoe, the buyer made some ridicoulous demands.. like a full tank of fuel and new OEM floor mats ( of which he did neither... )
