These guys are my local competition...Video

I showed the video because I thought it was very unprofessional for a European auto dealer. Im going in to show them how a real detail acts and can do a lot better job on their cars and what my business can offer.

Still not completely with you. So... you're trying to get the business they can't deal with handed to you or you just want them to know that your detailing skills are superior in every way? Unless you're trying to offer them a solution to a problem they recognize, I'm not sure what your objective is. Are you trying to help them out by teaching them to be more professional or have them help your business out by supplying you with customers they can't satisfy.

Im goin to today so I can show them that I can offer better products and do a better job for those cars on the lot. I feel I bring a higher level of Professionalism to the table and can do superior job. That Euro car lot and garage is in my area and I have stopped in there before and I noticed alot of messed up paint likely from a rotory buffer and improper technique.

Are you representing a group of products you want them to pick up or just showing them that your products allow you to do better work than they do? Sorry I'm having such a hard time getting the point here but there are lots of things I can do better than the next guy but that doesn't mean I would show them simply to make a point of it. On the other hand there are tons of guys that do other things better than me and I'm sure I wouldn't necessarily appreciate it if they felt the need to show me just for the sake of doing so. Having someone just stop by to show me how good they are seems a bit intrusive. After all these posts I still don't know what you're driving at with this thread.

Are you for real?

If you came to my business with that attitude you would leave in an ambulance

Wow...thats mean.......Im going into a European Used Car dealer...Im not going into that detail location. I guess Im used to more of a Professionalism from a business in this field and not a rap show where people who are grabbing their junk. If I was the owner on this European Car dealer I would have never approved of that video to repersent my dealership in anyway. I was even invited in to come in to demo my skills by the owner and I will show them there are better options on the table.

REflective -

You are going into a European(?) Used Car Dealer in the HOOD...

In all the years - decades - I have been around Used Car Dealers and New Car Dealers, I have never found any that care much about how good the cars look except that they are clean, all the Interior is lathered in shiny, greasy, stuff, and the tires are similarly silicone greased to the max..

Just think about this for a minute, ok ?

I wish you well, and hope for the best.. But I will be worried for your health and welfare until we hear from you again..

What's wrong with walking around holding my junk in one hand and a bottle of wax in the oher? :bubba

No offense man, but if you go there all trying to show 'how much better you are' then they are just going to observe what you're doing and try it for themselves. I'm not getting your strategy here

Well I nailed that contract...The owner and workers were completely impressed...I got back to finish up the Audi A4.
Congrats on that .

I do however think you should consider what kind of consequences there could be should the makers of the business and video read this thread.

It happens .This is why Im very against posting anything negative about a person or business on a public forum.

Well account is secured because I have superior work and professionalism. I dont think I was negative at all. Im just stating for a European Used Car Dealer which has a large client base I will bring a better enviroment to that business. I proved today what I could do and I have a office at that business. Plus a customer whats me to do his 30" boat with a command tower this week then his Rolls Royce plus his over 15 rides to store them for the winter.

I wish you the best of luck. One thing from experience...when a shop gains reputation from YOUR work they will promote it to gain more work. If a client comes there for YOUR work and someone else does it they may not be happy. You don't own the company and its business.
I am currently fixing something where the client expected what I do (haven't been at that shop in two years) he was sold on a job that was work finished by me. Clients own words. It can go two ways in the end. Bad for them, good for you. (At that point they only want to deal with you) or screw you both. Again this is if someone gets less than they are expecting when you are not monitoring the work influx. Make sense?

I totally understand...The owner knows I own my own business and he is fine with that. My business details stays at my location or I go mobile. My business pretty small...I do the paint and exterior fine detail jobs and I have a interior guy.
