The professor, "Wax does layer!"

But wasn't the original topic this mysterious professor's study/results? I apologize if I'm wrong, but wouldn't the origin of the report be directly related to the topic?

Ray,

When are you going to be putting up the professors results? I'm one of those people who "has to see it to believe it". I proposed doing tests using an SEM and anyone who has access can quickly determine the truth to this topic. Still waiting on that.

As far as making bad accusations about a companies products, without proof thats slander so I hope there's something to back it up. Remember I have nothing to do with Meguiars, I like there products as I do many other manufacturers products. Every product I've ever used has had it's specific qualities which can be appreciated, no such thing as a bad product. Some products are obviously more appropriate than others and thus work better in that instance. Just my opinion.;)

OK, Ray. Now I am getting impatient with this tirade. Who is this "The Professor" character? and why are you (as you said earlier) his anointed "messenger"?? :nixweiss And, personally, I'm tired of the alphabet-soup games -- X does this and M does that. Ray, if you have something specific to say, then say it. But insinuations and innuendoes just won't cut it here. :nono

All companies have their marketing spiel. Those of us in Autopia try our best to evaluate products and, for the most part, report results -- instead of slinging (or hiding behind) innuendoes or "insider knowledge."

Regarding the legal issues, I think you might be ok telling everyone the results and stating the names. If I remember correctly from some law classes, as long as you are telling the truth, they cannot do anything to you. If it was false it's another story. However, they still can try to go after you, they just won't succeed. It's up to you if its worth the hassell, but you shouldn't be in legal trouble. Just a thought

Thank you and good night!
