You mean yours doesn't give up after a short time?!? Eh...maybe I need a new battery

You know I use to throw the cord over my shoulder by a few years back I seen a guys cord fall and hit his wheel and it was bad. So no more for me

Well, that *is* quite a cord on your Remington :D That beast looks even heavier than the Milwaukees I used to use!

Barry, I detailed a 2009 S550 today, and I took everything I learned from your class, with one of the most important things about removing the previous oils from the paint. The catch was, the water was so ****ing hard that it would etch requiring a polish if it sat for more than 30 minutes, hard as a rock. I was thinking about being a little lazy between steps and just leaving the M105 oils on for the next steps, but I remembered what you said and did an IPA wipedown before the next step and it turned out great.

Quick walkaround:

YouTube - Mercedes S550 - Horizon Detailing

Don't mind the sealant I missed working in, I got a sample of Concourso Gloss and with no instructions so it wasn't buffed in all the way.

Great looking event...............I'm 300+ miles away, but would welcome the opportunity to attend another one if you were to have it. Looks like 5.5 hrs. away.........the bad news is all after I get off I-81. Ugh.......been there, done that!

If you guys have a recommendation for a way to pull off a similar event in Western NY, I'd be happy to do some leg work to make it happen. Anybody know of similar pro's in this area linked up with the forum (Rochester +/- Buffalo/Syracuse)??

PS - Todd @ Esoteric Detailing does do some great stuff, can't say enough about all the examples I've seen........benchmark!! :bow .............but, whether he's #1 or not.......well, he's a Buckeye! ;) :)

Thx.

See ya. :wavey
