Well as some of you know I have been real busy. Over some time and carefull consideration with my wife, I have decided to take Presidential Details to a whole new level. I recently took partnership with a gentleman who has a viynl wrapping business. He has been in the business for 25 years. To sum it up he has a very established clear bra, vinyl wrapping, window tint, and sign business. We plan to create the ultimate detailing facility. With my background in detailing we recently together just leased over 6000 square feet of building. We will be offerring detailing, paintless dent repair, leather dying, painted pinstripes, graphics, clear bras, business signs and a few other things. Well I took a few shots of the facility and thought I would share them with you. It has 3 bathrooms, a waiting room. 2 offices, a wet bay that is piped and plumbed. Its gonna need an interior make over, but we are expecting a july 1st opening. Here are some photo's.

From the outside

The Wet Bay : A complete bay entirely to itself so I can shoot water everywhere with no worries. It has spicuts in the ceiling at all four corners and lights up great. Notice the nice drain in the middle. The bay can house 4 - 6 cars packed tight. Should be enough room for degreasing one car at a time. LOL

Now the compounding and polishing bay : Nothing like 5 metal halides above you with lights everywhere. I can;t wait to get into this one!!!

NOw the final detailing and interior area, Along with the clear bra and vinyl wraping area. The largest part of the building. This room is BIG!

Then there are about 4 storage rooms threw out. It also has its own compressor room with a 3phase 160 gallon compressor there. The whole shop is already plumbed from the compressor with water access the wholeway threw out. The last owner also left all survailence equipment in the building. I'm thinking about giving live feeds to the website so clients can see the work as its being done. This will be awesome once we give it the Presidential Makeover!! :woot2:

Here is a photo of the where the fiber optics and cable wire were installed. This wires ran over 500 feet from road side and they were about as thick as the portercable! lol it was insane. The cable was installed for wifi and HD TV. wooohooo what good is a shop without them right? We needed Fiber optics to do live braodcasting and Ill also be able to check the security video's from my I phone! Instant surveilence! :2thumbs:

The front of the building we removed some tress. And fill a couple concreate holes and still have some cleaning to do.

THis here is the compounding area. Notice we knock ed the wooden wall down which opened up into another bay. This area is a little over 2000 sq. feet in itself. This bay we got rid off all the old flourecents and blasted all the paint off the walls an started fresh. This was a big project in itself. Still not finished but you get the idea.

These photos are of the bigger area. This side is coming along great. SO far all the paint is done except for trim and smaller things the floors were epoxyed by a professional. They look great in person. SOme things were being moved in so its kinda messy but it will give you a general idea.

LOL here is the wash bay. Don't ask! we needed some storage for the old crap from the building. We paln to start on it tuesday.

All in all this is probaly the biggest project that I have ever taken on. Financially it was not cheap. Paint along was over 3 grand and rising. Im not even gonna talk about what it cost to have the cable and fiber optics installed. Getting the building up to code was crazy. So many little things that are taken a toll on the pockets. I can't remember how many times I said to myself in the last month. Who cares it just another grand I don't have!! :LOLOL Truthfully both my partner and I are started to live both of our dreams and it coming along great. I'll shoot some more photos later this week. Thanks for all the great comments. I exhausted so please ignore my spelling and grammers errors.

Very nice facility Barry. You've been long overdue for a large expansion of this nature. I think painting all those walls will be half the battle of getting that place in running order lol. Best of luck again, all your hard work is paying off and showing, keep it up!

woah, huge place. Wash bay and the big door would work very well for boats too.

those floors are going to take a lot of epoxy :LOLOL
