Hiya and welcome - DACP *should* do the trick and minor swirl marks - the red pad is pretty aggressive - Stick with the yellow is works wonders. I only pull the red one out for the impossible marks -
(I hate to suggest it but maybe if you are using red+DACP you could be putting swirls in?)
I don't know you level of experience with the PC so if I am telling you old news forgive me
Start with a small area about 2'x2' - using the megs yellow pad, mist the surface with a QD (not a lot just enough to mist the surface not soak it

).
Using your DACP put a thin line of is in a circle around the pad about 1.5 inches from the outside.
Set your pad on the surface to be worked and (without turning it on) swirl it around to distribute the DACP so it won't splatter
Set your PC to 2.5 ~3 and distribute the product in yout 2'x'2' area - working in a square go from bottom left all the way across to right then up back to left and so on until you are at top right.
Then stop the PC, set the dial to 5~5.5 and working from where you stopped - in that samw square go from top right down to bottom right and so on until you end up bottom left (so left right left across to spread, then up down up from right side to left)
once you reach the left corner work in a zig zag patter diagonally covering the area of the square and then back the other way - use steady motions and light pressue let the pad and the product do the work.
With DACP it is best to work it until it is almost gone.
Remove the remaining with a clean Micro fiber following the direction the wind moves across the section of the car - no going crazy in all directions - you don't want to swirl again
Hope that helps.
