Last time I checked this forumis owned by 3D. Show some respect for crying out loud. Try constantly bshing the in house brands over on AG, DD, AF, Poorboys, Adams or MOL and your asss will be banned quicker then you can imagine. This just goes to show you how open this forum is, but people like chrisguga and RZJZA80 keep crapping where they sleep. Every time you guys bash on 3D I just keep hitting the report post button hoping you'll get banned, but to my surprise you're still here hating on 3D. Just goes to show you again how open minded the mods and 3D are to this crap. What's even more assinine is all your bitchinn about Speed and you guys didn't even pay for it in the 1st place. You shold be ashamed of yourself and should apologize for your stupidity. 3D was nice enough to offer you some free products to test and here you go shitttin on them for it. If it were up to me you have been banned a long time ago.

First of all, get your facts straight before you open your "mush-mouth". I bought my first bottle of Speed, the biggest one it came in, along with Polish and UNO. AFTER that, I received the free smaller bottle to do a review of it, which I did, amongst many other reviews. I always state what I liked and what I didn't like. You keep using the word "bash" because it suits your agenda, well I don't run around "bashing" anything, I relate my experiences and results of whatever product I use. This is a DISCUSSION forum is it not? Do you understand that now?



And your posts are hypocritical at best as you do the same thing you are whining about, just on the other end of the spectrum, as stated by Leadfootluke above. YOU are the one running around starting trouble, being negative, and antagonizing others when i don't see you contributing much if anything at all, except to run your mouth. Me? I review products, post them up with pictures, relate my experiences, and have been thanked both on this forum and others many, many times, and this is by people who don't want to post because people like you will jump all over them just because they don't agree with you, and that's a shame.



What I personally do, it to tell the honest truth, and that's appreciated by many. You don't like it? I really don't care, you are nothing to me. So by all means, keep reporting every post I make, it only makes you look like a child. So I'd appreciate if you got your facts straight before pulling my name into any of your posts.

Dan, several times, before posting my reviews, I contacted 3D employees to tell them my findings, to see if I had a bad batch or did something wrong, etc., and I did not post anything until they gave the OK to do so, even though it wasn't all good results. I don't bash, nor do i think I'm negative, I am only honest, and tell of my findings, good or bad, that's what this place is all about.

This thread was about a message of keep it simple, but it turned into a hate fest. If you don't like the products, get some others. If you find something that works better, lets us know. You're missing the point again Dan. I agree you don't say that to someone about their dinner, but when a detailing company says they are releasing new products and want 100% honest and unbiased feedback, as a consumer/reviewer you shouldn't be chastised, called stupid, be told you should be ashamed, be told to apologize, be banned, or have it be implied you need better manners.

I mean really, with all this ridiculous infighting and overly defensive fanboyism who in their right mind would post a product review here? If you don't like something (or any aspect of something), you just get bashed for not liking it, and if you do like something you get accused of shilling and being tied up with the company while your integrity and professionalism are called to the carpet. And heaven forbid your opinion ever changes, because obviously it means there's hush money involved. :spy:



Come on folks. If 3D doesn't want a single shred of negative about their products posted on the forum, they'll handle it as they see fit. :tinfoil3:



If anything, it's actually HELPFUL to 3D if people post their negative experiences and dislikes here. It shows that the company is in touch with the reality that not everything they do is perfect, and it gives other users the opportunity to either report that they too are having the same problem (seeing a trend develop = we know what we need to fix). It even represents an opportunity for members to help each other troubleshoot solutions for issues if it happens to be an off-the-wall, isolated problem resulting from user error. That reduces the volume of calls 3D themselves have to take, AND it's more likely they'll be able to see and track things from people who would otherwise never be letting them know about the problems they're having. Easier to turn an initially unhappy customer into a satisfied and returning one when you're alerted to something than if they just move on to some other company's products and never look back.



The mark of a good company is one that is not afraid to address issues as they arise no matter what the venue may be, and further is able to take things constructively and remain professional. Same with the mark of a productive community -- if you happen to like a product, by all means say so... but don't just start right in bashing someone because "oh, they don't like the product I love and that is made by the forum owners... how dare they!" Productivity comes from trying to understand what the other person doesn't like and either helping them get better results from the product OR acknowledging that perhaps what they are looking for is different than what you are. At the core, THAT is why 3D allows Autopia to be such an "open" community -- the realization that different people like different things, and that having a place to discuss those differences openly and maturely is a positive thing even when some of those people aren't finding what they want/need within 3D's own line of products.



Fanboys coming along and getting into flame wars was old before it was young. It's just not necessary.

There are shades of grey there. But, for example, saying Speed sucks is bashing in my book. Stating that Speed has poor durability compared to other AIOs in your arsenal is constructive. Maybe it's not that clear to others?

The way you just defined it, I totally agree with and that's exactly what I've been doing since day one. To have this other guy try to lump me in with "bashers" is foolish, anyone that looks at all my posts can see it's not bashing. When I'm attacked, I defend myself, that's not bashing either.

Sure I've been down the same road as many, spending alot of money on a tonne of polishes and other products. 105 brands in fact.

Hey I had to start somewhere.



IMO System One were first to simplify machine polishing by use of one polish only

Now we have Xpert and 3D who make it oh so easy



Today we do not need a myriad of polishes



Just one from start to finish for some work, two for others and three if you want to go gloss crazy



All I have for orange peel reduction, correction, finishing, Jewelling and colour enhancement step are three products from Xpert



All can be used with any pad from denim pad to 110 ppi foam pad by themselves, mixed together or used one after the other



I've never had it so easy since converting from menzerna and Gtechniq in 2010 to Xpert

Plus their all stuff is water based with no solvents or thickeners/fillers



medium to rock hard paint - I use ultra once, twice or multiple times and Job done or if customer paying more - one or two applications of High Tech after one or as many of Ultra. Job done - no marring

soft paint - Ultra if needed (unlikely). High tech from start to finish



want even more gloss - Xpert Jewelling polish. purifies the paint as it jewels (finer than a finishing polish)



So far I've used Ultra since 2010 and the other two since early 2011 and not one car have I had haze, marring or finishing problems.



I truly believe that Xpert and 3D are the leaders by a country mile in polish products.

combined with all of today's pad materials, there really isnt much you cannot sort out and get right)



Personally - I aint bought anything from Autogeek in years and find their range to be lacking the cutting edge stuff that I and many of my friends worldwide are using today.
