Take out the Ammonia and use the IPA and Final Touch on glass, it will be your favorite glass cleaner. I use ONR and IPA mixed together on paint as well and it strips oils but with the lubrication, it doesn't install marring. And Final Touch is pretty thick, I bet it works great for you.

In a 16 oz bottle I add .5oz of ONR V3, 3oz of straight IPA, 12.5oz DI water. Essentially QD strength ONR, and about a 15% IPA mixture. I have made it stronger for stripping, but this works well as a glass cleaner at this strength.
 
Does it still evaporate rapidly? Produce any streaking? That's an interesting mix, I'll throw some IPA into my ONR bottle and try it. Are you using 91% IPA (not sure if it matters)
 
I couldn't help myself. I could barely recognize Barry from the shot/angle he took of the video. Looked more like a midget version of Andre the Giant.
