Tested my new Hyper Compound...PICS

well i dont do it to customers cars, just mine...LOL!!! but all the neighbors think im crazy for scratching and beating up my car just to try stuff out

that's real aggressive with yellow pad and at that speed.. woooaaah..



nice to see the results as I often use Hyper with Orange or DACP/Mez PG w/ Orange pad for similar results.

I used OHC with an Edge yellow med cut pad on a rotary and didn't feel that it was too aggressive. It did remove some paint tho.

well i first tried it at 1200rpms but i wasnt making much progress after the first pass to i stepped it out and perfect...i dont have an orange pad to try it out, ill have to pick one up on my next order
 
I used hyper on a black car with an edge black, some hazing but easily fixed with Menz and Prima

I also have a 9227 and my sole question for you is

What speed did you start the hyper with?

I start at 600 rpm (the lowest speed of the machine) and then move up to 1000, 1200 and then for a very short time, 1500

is this ok
 
well i first tried at 1200 and after one pass, there was still a lot of defects so i bumped it up to 1500 and it removed them all
