I think it might be a Canadian product, but it is made by Pristine Chemicals. I can't find a website either, but I'm guessing it is a strong version of a citrus pre-treatment.
Seriously, yesterday I had a silver Accord with tar. Sprayed, let sit for 2-3 minutes, spray & wipe. The tar that I barely saw became a black, wet puddle behind each back tire.
And...I can clay afterward without a problem. With solvents & mineral spirits the clay breaks down.
And...it smells awesome. We use it and the shop smells like oranges all day.
