I haven't gotten my hands on some Poliseal but I don't get why you guys are going so nuts over it, like there hasn't been anything like it... I mean isn't Poliseal EXACTLY what swirl buster is?

I've been using Swirlbuster for a few months now and its nothing short of amazing, which is exactly what I am expecting from poliseal, but it erks me that many dont know about swirl buster. :nixweiss

I guess the price is probably the only difference :chuckle: which favors poliseal

i think many people here do know about the swiril buster. Swiril buster has fillers in it. Poly seal, to my knowledge, does not. Someone please correct me if im wrong here . . .

yep I know what you are talking about

I have not used either of those products but they sound like a product

that I love and is a lot cheaper ht-69:2thumbs:

Best One-Step Wax

Yes..I think the HT-69 is a great 1 step...does exactly as it says...and leaves a nice finish...this spring I will try the poli seal to see how it works....I do a few boats in springtime..so it will be a good test on it...the HT-69 has worked great for them so far..and topped with Terminator is the balls..

so the sealant poliseal lays down isnt designed to be a similar filler like swirlbusters acrylic filler?

No fillers is always a plus so you can actually see what progess you are making and are not being deceived only to be frustrated later when the swirls reappear.

Swirlbuster-Mild abrasive polish which leaves down an acrylic base(similar to Klasse AIO, which makes it very sealant friendly) that will fill imperfections. These fillers will take a long time to wear off, pretty much making oily glazes obsolete, IMO.

Poli-Seal-Mild abrasive polish which can perform final polishing and sealing in one easy step. Will do light filling(just because of the fact it leaves product behind on the paint), but is also very sealant friendly, but maybe less so than Swirlbuster.

For filling or final polishing, go with Swirlbuster, for final polishing and sealing, go with Poli-Seal. The products are pretty similar.
