Swirl Marks

Hello everyone, first post and of course its about a problem. I own a Dodge Ram truck and the color is white. I have always washed and waxed my vehicles myself until now. This truck is a 2006 and i decided to let some yahoo do his "THREE STEP PROCESS" LOL and he totally F*******D up the paint on my truck. It looked good on the way home, but later that week when i washed the truck the good ol swirls marked appeared. What and how would you guys do to try to remove the swirls out of my clearcoat, paint or whatever you call it. I went to a body shop but that did not seem to promising. Wish i knew someone in Mississippi that was a professional with a buffer. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

this yahoo must not have been an autopian...right?? White hide everything to, so if you can see swirls, and buff trails...he must have went to town on your truck. It sound like this "yahoo" never did is final polishing step...I would post this in the regional forum...I'm sure someone is near you...goodluck
