Surprise at Eye Doctor

Went for a regular eye exam yesterday and when I came out, parked next to me was a Brand new Audi R8. Makes my A3 look dinky. It still had the temp. sticker on it, and to bring it to Autopia!!! it was filthy, covered in squashed bugs and dirt. This car is not something you see everyday, or anyday in Bridgewater Nova Scotia. While I did not wait for the owner to come out, I did put one of my cards under his wiper. Hopefully I get a call to detail this car.

Damn, one was behind me the other day and I damn near creamed myself. It turned into a small neighborhood, and I was gonna do a U-turn and find it but I couldn't in time

I think I saw that same R8 in Halifax the other week.

Was in Halifax today and saw a white R8. The stuff dreams are made of.

Friend of mine had an R8. Had nothing but problems. Was in for warranty items about 10 times in 6 months and waiting on parts from Germany for a significant period of time. He went back to Porsche--specifically a GT3. Wish he hadn't done that as he came by yesterday and I took it for a spin. Makes my Carrera S seem a little puny :drool:
