Joe is always looking for help, either business is good or it is hard to find someone who lives up to his very high standards.

If I was a budding detailer in his area, he'd be the one I'd want to learn under. :)

Thanks for posting that!

I am back on Autopia for the time being. I had a disagreement with David and threw a hissy fit and asked my account be canceled.

I missed Autopia, I apologized and requested "Superior Shine" be reinstated. I never heard back. :bawling:

Superior Fine is my used auto dealer business name.

SHINE ON!!!! Joe-Superior Shine

Also, the offer is still good as of right now.

Is it wise to advertise for an 'agressive' employee, or even 'politically correct' to discriminate against smokers?

I don't want a slow employee and I don't care if I P.O. any smokers.

Good idea! If it isn't too much trouble. :spot

I totally agree. I want people with a sense of urgency and an 'owership' feel. Definitely don't want any smokers. They as a whole take way too many breaks and I don't want someone reeking of cigs getting into a customer's clean cars. In fact, the majority of my few customers who smoke don't smoke in their own cars.

I think Joe means someone who is a self-motivator...someone who takes pride in their work and doesn't settle for less than perfection. The term "aggressive" probably isn't the best descriptor but it gets the point across.

Smoke transfers to a car's interior extremely easily, directly and indirectly. I wouldn't want a smoker working in a client's car either.
