Suggestions for Paint Removal on Toyota Previa! Pics Included.

Just wondering if anyone has any suggestions for removing this paint splatter that has been on the paint for a few months (Ack!). Any suggestions are welcome.

Possible course of action:
Wash
50:50 Alcohol
Mineral Spiritz, repeated to break down the paint.
Clay area for light paint residue.

Try (Sprayaway Industrial Strength Cleaner Wipes) removes paint,ink,tar and more .I haven't used these wipes but, I saw pic's of wipes being used on a black(painters truck) on another detail forum and result were amazing . They sell wipes online at TOL!

You any idea what kind of paint that is? Is that also the only place that has this paint the front lower bumper area? that would help greatly in a suggestion.

Mineral spirits comes to mind on that for me but then again it depends on what type of paint....I have and still use lacquer thinner but that's only at the wash stage very effect but you have to understand how to use it on a car.
