Periodically when I attempt to look at an item in the store I have trouble. I click on an item and get a completely blank page.
I'm using an iMac computer and Safari browser. Both have the latest software updates.
It happened again tonight so I tried a different browser (Firefox) and instead of a blank page got the following:
A few minutes later I tried the item again and it worked just fine. Then a few minutes later, back to the blank screen.
Out of curiosity, I've been trying to refresh the page for the last 10 minutes and continue to get the blank page in Safari & the error message above in Firefox.
It does not happen all the time but it happens often enough that you guys (autopia-carcare) could easily be losing sales.
Anybody else experience this?
