Still no good clay available?

Hey every bar will remove some amount, the CM red bar is a ripper for sever contamination though being very hard and causes marring. It all polishes out anyway.

Sonus green is by far the most fun clay to use, very soft and pliable

We got to remember that you Aussies and us Canucks finally have something that our American brothers can't get in their land of the free ...and that is good clay ! :woot:

I do not get how you can say that there is no good clay. The blue clay magic I have is great, never marred with it. I also use clay that I got on eBay and some gray clay from CGs. What is it that you are wanting out of clay??

I remember the old Adams yellow clay was very nice, since the whole clay issue happened though they too have changed their clay and use a gray bar instead which is no where near as pliable as the old yellow clay.

Amen to this. AM clay will never be good enough for some people. :sosad

Can someone post a photo of the Opti-Clay they have, like with packaging and label etc ?

I want to know how it originally looked like

Whats the difference between the grey and yellow ?

Anyone know if there is a difference between Opti-Clay, Erazer Elasti-clay, and SmartClay? I know that the picture is the same on the Opti-clay and the Elasti-clay. Thanks.

agreed, not to mention you can get OTC for around $11 at your local autozone...

Can Clay Magic be purchased even cheaper w/o the bottle of lube? The bottle of lube would just get wasted with me.

i don't believe so, unless you buy the 200gram bar by itself which costs around $22-$25... type in "clay magic 200 gram" in your google search and you'll see some prices that vary from different vendors...

Isn't that the truth. They simply worked noticeably better than what we have now.

If I am not mistaken, Auto Magic owns a company that is called Source One or Source Chemicals. This company makes/markets clay that is private labeled for different vendors.

I think they make the gray four star clay and the purple wonder bars. They probably make clay for many others.
